AIMTM Quick Change Mould
AIM™ (Axxicon ISO Manufactured) Quick Change Mould는 1989년 Axxicon사에 의하여 소개된 이래 raw material Producers, test institutes, compounders and injection moulders 등 플라스틱 산업계에서 가장 많이 사용되고 있습니다. 이 방식은 플라스틱 데이터베이스인 CAMPUS®에서도 사용되며 국제적으로 통용되는 시험 표준인 ISO standard를 충족시킬 수 있도록 설계된 flexible test mould system입니다.
AIM™ Quick Change Mould는 Insert를 교체하여 사용할 수 있는 multi-functional injection mould로서 통상의 사출성형기에서 사용할 수 있으며 ISO/ASTM/UL94 등 국제 시험규격에 따르는 다양한 형태의 고품질의 샘플테스트를 위한 다양한 플라스틱 시험편을 생산할 수 있습니다.
이러한 샘플 테스트는 Tensile strength, Izod and Charpy impact strength, hardness, flammability, shrinkage 및 gloss/colour matching 등과 같은 시료의 주된 특성을 파악하기 위하여 통상적으로 사용됩니다.
