Micro Fiber Line for Mono-/Multi-filament Line
Xplore사의 Fiber Spin Line은 Micro compounder를 통하여 혼연된 소량의 시료 만으로도 모노 필라멘트 압출이 가능합니다. 따라서 제품 개발에 필요한 시간과 비용이 현저히 감소됩니다. 기기의 기본 구성은 고속의 Winding Unit과 저속의 Stretching(conditioning) Unit으로 되어있습니다. 그 중, Stretching Unit에는 godet rolls, travers (un)winding, heating oven, hot pin 등 섬유 연신에 필요한 다양한 고려가 적용되어 있습니다.
Cast film line과 마찬가지로 소량의 샘플로 배치 테스트를 하거나, 연속되는 feed 키트를 장착하여 연속 압출을 할 수도 있습니다.
별도 옵션의 Multi filament die와 quenching box 등으로 multi filament spinning line 구성도 가능합니다.
